At Pier 4, you will be an essential team member maintaining our multi-family real estate assets. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, your expertise in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance will ensure residents feel comfortable. With a hands-on approach, you'll manage service requests efficiently and upkeep the property’s aesthetics and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tools and work vehicle for maintenance tasks
• Execute maintenance work orders as scheduled
• Resolve resident issues and requests within 24 hours
• Conduct repairs in both vacant and occupied units
• Maintain minor electrical and plumbing fixtures when required
Requirements:
• Relevant skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Independent problem-solver with attention to detail
• Valid Ontario G driver's license required
• 5+ years experience in residential maintenance or related field
