This posting is for a one‑off event on Saturday, July 25, 2026. The role is 9 hours total: 3 hours of training, 1 hour of pre‑event team call, and 5 hours on the event day. You may gain future Pet Ambassador work through Royal Canin.

During the event you can win an extra $200 in a photo contest; 20 winners will be selected.

Responsibilities

- Tidy and face client products on shelves and ensure any authorized POS material is set up to help pet parents find what they need.
- Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
- Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to help increase recommendations and sales.
- Build brand awareness and affinity by actively engaging with pet parents and their pets.




- Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations.
- Set up demos and displays as required.
- Maintain and leverage client material, such as equipment and handouts, to engage associates and pet parents.
- Support recommendations driving special projects as required.

Qualifications

- Be a pet enthusiast who cares about pets, pet health, and pet nutrition.
- Access to reliable transportation to move between multiple stores.
- Access to a smart device for reporting.
- Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).
- RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred, not required).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be 18 years or older.
