Department, Unit or Project Description:

*The Global Peace & Social Justice program is seeking a current undergraduate or graduate student to assist with online course development for PEACJUST 1A03 – Peace, Justice, Human Rights.*

Job Summary:

Responsible for applying learning pedagogy and industry expertise to the development of an University course.

Accountabilities:

- Develop module topics through consultation with Faculty Leads.
- Develop supplementary topics through consultation with Subject Matter Experts (industry, government, etc.).
- Complete research on identified topics to develop content for course modules.
- Develop and administer surveys to determine course content, delivery methods, etc.
- Assist with development of a student evaluation plan.
- Develop the courses Project module in conjunction with faculty members.

Qualifications: Education: Completed or currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree in a related field. Experience: Curriculum development experience, considered an asset. Assets:





- *Well-equipped with digital technology and Microsoft Power Point, including the software Kaltura Capture*
- *Previous experience in Global Peace and Social Justice programs or similar*
