Domtar is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The role includes order selection, processing inventory, and overseeing outbound freight operations.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your main duties will revolve around using SAP to ensure accurate order selection and managing incoming and outgoing inventories. You will be responsible for preparing freight for nightly pickups, maintaining records, and collaborating with Customer Service to resolve issues. Keeping the warehouse clean and organized will support high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and ship orders efficiently
• Enter purchase order receipts accurately
• Process inventory adjustments and maintain records
• Communicate any issues to customer service
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean
Requirements:
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with SAP is beneficial
• Solid English language skills required
• Ability to manage inventory effectively
