The VP of Finance will also be responsible for managing relationships with financial service providers, providing strategic recommendations to the executive team, and overseeing the company's investment portfolio. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. An active CPA license is required, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial managerial position, ideally in the real estate sector.
