This full time position is located in Don Mills, Toronto. You will collaborate with various disciplines, using software such as Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D to produce detailed models and documentation. Your role will include troubleshooting model conflicts and integrating updates to support efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed 3D models using Revit and Civil 3D
• Incorporate updates and manage model changes efficiently
• Resolve clashes and inconsistencies in collaboration with the BIM team




• Produce 2D drawings and schedules from BIM models
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to project standards
Requirements:
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks
• Basic knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM standards
• Experience with Common Data Environments like ProjectWise
• Ability to conduct quality control in model reviews
