In this exciting role, the Real Estate and Legal Analyst will help manage, acquire, and lease real property assets to foster community growth. As New Tecumseth continues to expand, your expertise will guide effective real estate transactions and document management, working closely with senior leadership and external partners to align with strategic goals. This role also aids in developing legal policies and managing outside legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement real estate strategy for the municipality
• Monitor real estate market trends and opportunities




• Maintain records of Town properties and transactions
• Coordinate and manage legal agreements and external counsel
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management and Council
Requirements:
• Diploma in Legal Administration or Real Estate
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Knowledge of municipal legislation and planning regulations
• Experience with land registry systems, including Teraview
• Valid class G driver's license required
