As a Reservations Agent, you will work under the guidance of the Front Office management team. Your role involves promoting room sales and providing stellar service to guests both in-person and via phone. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, you will handle reservations, cancellations, and provide essential information about the area and its attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage telephone and email reservations for clients
• Ensure accurate processing of third-party reservations
• Collaborate with the Sales team on room blocks
• Foster teamwork while delivering superior service
• Maintain a favorable image of the resort at all times
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in full service hotel
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge of local attractions and hotel systems
• Must be 19 years or older
• Eligibility to work in Canada and submit to a background check
