Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients
• Facilitate structured group counselling sessions
• Collaborate on care plans with shelter staff
• Manage housing applications and necessary referrals
• Maintain accurate client documentation
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 2 years of experience in transitional housing preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and dependable vehicle
