In this role, you will interface closely with multiple engineering disciplines, balancing complex and sometimes competing requirements to deliver robust, certifiable control systems. Due to the size of the team, this position offers significant scope for qualified growth and exposure to adjacent engineering disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign flight control architectures, control laws, CONOPS, system requirements, and analytical modelsImplement and manage requirements for flight control systems, sensors, and control algorithmsDevelop creative and robust verification strategies for complex systems and softwareEnhance flight simulator capabilities and environment modelsImplement, test,
