Graham is actively seeking a Senior Planner & Scheduler for the Infrastructure Division. This role will report to the Planning & Scheduling Director and will involve maintaining project schedules specific to roads, bridges, and light rail transit systems. You will have the chance to mentor junior planners while leveraging your advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and delay analysis for project success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and maintain schedules utilizing Critical Path Methodology • Produce three-week look-ahead and performance reports • Perform complex delay analyses and support claims • Collaborate with teams to align schedules with execution plans • Mentor junior planners for their professional growth

Requirements: • Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred • 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience required • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling • Familiarity with Tilos is preferred • Ability to assess risk and communicate impacts clearly
