Our stores are known for providing super-friendly service, creating a welcoming environment for shoppers, and treating customers with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for sales and profitability of the store
- Control expenses and manage customer relations
- Ensure customer service standards are maintained
- Ensure merchandise is filled and the store is easy to shop
- Follow all merchandise and marketing guidelines
- Recruit, train, develop, motivate and manage a team of Associates & Keyholders
- Set up ads properly and on time
- Receive and manage freight & deliveries
- Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are followed





Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Experience

- 1-2 years retail management experience
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Career minded, a self starter, and customer oriented
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, multi-task setting
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, decision making and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, super friendly, adaptable, efficient and professional manner

Salary

Salary Range: $45K-$50K /year. This represents the expected range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
