Job Duties
- Provide compassionate in-home support and daily assistance to ensure a protected, stable, and comfortable living environment
- Assist with bedside support and personal care needs
- Support regular physical activity, such as accompanying walks
- Wash and care for clothing and household linens
- Carry out light housekeeping and routine cleaning tasks
- Offer companionship and social interaction
- Assist with grocery shopping and purchasing household necessities
Job Requirements
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
- 1 year of experience is required.
- Criminal background check is required.
- First aid certification.
- Completion of a training program in care of the elderly or persons with disabilities, convalescent care or a related field is an asset.
