We’re looking for a Store Manager for our DSW banner who will put their best foot forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Assume leadership role with accountability for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Facilitate achievement of business results by role‑modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
- Lead an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting and scheduling.
- Recruit, manage, develop and train top talent who have a love of shoes.
- Achieve company objectives and enhance the DSW brand image by modeling our values of Passion, Accountability, Collaboration and Authenticity/humility.
- Develop and implement agile business plans to achieve results.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintain effective, open lines of communication with Senior Operational Managers.

Qualifications

- Relevant post‑secondary education.




- Minimum 4 years of experience in a progressive retail supervisory role.
- Proven success in the achievement of sales and profitability targets in large‑volume, top‑door environments.
- Positive and energetic team player with strong leadership capability.
- Proven ability to motivate others.
- Proficiency in computer use, including e‑mail, MS Word or other word‑processing programs and Excel or other spreadsheet programs.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while also being committed to creating a compelling customer experience.
- Ability to work days, closing shifts and weekends.
- Mobile within a geographic area.

Pay: $55,620 - $61,800 per year.
