With over 2 years of industry experience, you will create, edit, and publish user-friendly materials for credit unions and internal departments. This is a pivotal role where precision, attention to detail, and innovation in publishing processes are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve team members’ work for publication
• Conduct quality assurance of published materials
• Create and maintain project checklists and templates
• Update and audit the department's database records
• Publish manuals using help authoring tools
Requirements:
• Diploma in designing, editing, and publishing
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience
• Robust document design skills using Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word
• Excellent command of the English language
