Contribute to exceptional resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Betel Home Foundation located in Gimli or Selkirk, Manitoba. This role emphasizes clinical skill coupled with compassionate care.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Resident Care and be responsible for delivering nursing care following clinical guidelines. In addition to providing direct care, you will lead and support Health Care Aides and collaborate with fellow LPNs, ensuring standards set by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba are met in all services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care based on established standards
• Direct and mentor Health Care Aides effectively




• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards

Requirements:
• Current practicing licensure with CLPNM
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Solid foundation in clinical nursing skills
