Engage with the community as a Skating Monitor at CFMWS in British Columbia. This in office role involves providing exceptional customer service and safety supervision during public skating sessions.
CFMWS is seeking dynamic individuals to enrich the skating experience at local rinks. As a Skating Monitor, you will interact with patrons, answer questions about our programs, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment on ice. Enjoyment of skating and experience in monitoring activities are essential to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise public skating sessions on the ice
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons
• Answer inquiries regarding facilities and programs
• Ensure safety and enjoyment of all skaters
• Monitor cash handling during skating activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma with related experience
• CPR and Standard First Aid certifications
• HIGH FIVE: Principles of Healthy Child Development certification
• Ability to skate and monitor group activities
• English Essential; bilingualism is an asset
