About Architech Architech is an AI-first services firm focused on operational transformation. We help enterprises redesign workflows, modernize execution, and engineer AI-enabled systems into production.

We are not a strategy consultancy, a traditional development shop, or an AI software vendor. We bridge the gap between operational redesign and production execution, where most enterprise AI initiatives fail to create value.

Workflow-first, not tool-first. Production over pilots. Lean, high-leverage teams spanning engineering, product, and design.

22+ years building systems that power operations.

The Opportunity We are hiring a senior growth leader to originate and expand client relationships aligned to Architech's AI-first workflow transformation strategy.

This is a hands‑on growth role responsible for originating relationships, developing pipeline, and converting opportunities into long‑term client partnerships through direct market engagement. While supported by inbound opportunities, CEO‑level introductions, and strategic partnerships, success in this role depends on the ability to independently source, shape, and close complex enterprise engagements.

It is a transformation‑led growth role operating at the intersection of operational redesign, AI adoption, and enterprise execution.

You will work directly with senior client stakeholders to redesign how work gets done using AI, then translate those opportunities into measurable business outcomes and scaled delivery.

The Mandate

Originate and develop qualified enterprise pipeline through direct market engagement

Build new enterprise client relationships from the ground up

Create momentum in new accounts through proactive outreach and executive engagement

Identify and shape high‑value transformation opportunities

Close initial engagements and expand them into long‑term strategic partnerships

Grow accounts into substantial multi‑million‑dollar relationships over time

What You'll Own New Client Acquisition

Own the creation of new client relationships aligned to our ideal client profile

Build and convert a qualified pipeline of enterprise opportunities

Create and close initial engagements, including AI Jumpstarts, discovery engagements, and pilot initiatives

Lead deal cycles from initial conversation through close

Maintain a solid pipeline of active, qualified net‑new opportunities

Inbound leads, strategic partnerships, and executive introductions are meaningful accelerators. Success in this role depends on proactive market engagement, relationship development, and consistent pipeline creation.

Account Growth & Expansion

Grow initial engagements into a $5M-$6M annual portfolio

Identify and expand multi‑workflow transformation opportunities

Build relationships across business units and executive stakeholders

Achieve solid client retention and long‑term account growth

Deal Shaping & Value Creation

Lead advisory conversations focused on workflow redesign and operational transformation with AI

Help clients shape both the problem and the solution in complex or evolving environments

Translate client challenges into measurable business outcomes

Co‑create transformation roadmaps with senior client stakeholders

Structure proposals with clear ROI and commercial alignment

Deal Ownership & Execution

Own deal progression, momentum, and close outcomes

Drive alignment, next steps, and stakeholder engagement across opportunities

Coordinate internal teams to support deal velocity and delivery readiness

Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting, and commercial rigor

This role combines advisory‑led relationship development with commercial ownership and execution.

What Success Looks Like

Build a $5M-$6M annual portfolio within 18‑24 months

Consistently generate and close net‑new client opportunities

Maintain strong year‑over‑year account growth

Establish trusted executive relationships across client organizations

Deliver measurable business outcomes and high client satisfaction

Who You Are Experience

8‑15 years in consulting, transformation, or enterprise technology sales

Proven ability to originate and grow strategic accounts

Experience selling advisory‑led work across AI, data, cloud, product, or digital transformation

Strong commercial acumen, deal shaping, and negotiation experience

AI Fluency & Domain Credibility

You do not need to be an engineer. You do need to hold your own in conversations with a CTO, Head of Data, and skeptical CFO simultaneously

Strong understanding of how modern AI systems are designed, deployed, and operationalized, including LLMs, agents, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks, and the difference between pilots and production systems

Clear understanding of common enterprise AI failure modes, including stalled pilots, governance gaps,

weak workflow integration, and initiatives that fail to scale into production

Able to translate between business outcomes and technical architecture with credibility on both sides

Current and commercially aware. You actively follow the AI landscape and understand how quickly the space is evolving

Comfortable contributing meaningfully in workflow redesign and operational transformation discussions

Consulting & Advisory Background

Prior experience within a consulting firm, Big 4, boutique transformation practice, or advisory‑led services business

Comfortable selling complex engagements where scope is co‑created with clients rather than fully predefined through formal RFP processes

Track record of shaping ambiguous business challenges into structured, outcome‑oriented engagements

Experience leading discovery, developing proposals and SOWs, defending pricing, and managing transition into delivery

Strong understanding of services economics, including utilization, margin, delivery risk, and scope management

What Makes You Effective Here

High ownership and proactive relationship development

Strong follow‑through and operational discipline

Commercial urgency and consistent pipeline momentum

Operator mindset focused on outcomes and execution

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed

Executive presence with senior client stakeholders

Our Focus

Mid‑market and enterprise organizations across North America

Operationally complex environments including logistics, telecom, financial services, healthcare, and industrial services

Primary buyers include COO, CFO, CEO, and business unit leaders

Secondary stakeholders include CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Data and AI

Work centered on AI‑driven workflow transformation, not isolated point solutions

Why This Role Matters This role is central to our growth strategy. As organizations move beyond experimentation, they need partners who can redesign workflows, prove business outcomes, and scale AI into production. You will help shape strategic client relationships, create momentum in the market, and turn transformation opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
