As a critical member of our Information Security team, you will report to the VP of Information Security at IMAX. This role blends operational know-how with a strategic mindset, allowing you to lead initiatives, mitigate risks, and drive compliance programs. You are encouraged to mentor peers and influence best practices organization-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and remediate gaps in security controls and processes
• Create and implement risk strategies for critical IT systems
• Ensure compliance with various security frameworks and regulations




• Evaluate and implement security technologies aligned with needs
• Strengthen collaboration across teams for enhanced security culture
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years in information security with SOC experience
• Solid incident response and enforcement of security frameworks
• Proficient in SIEM, EDR, and cloud security management
• Ability to mentor junior staff and communicate effectively
