- Develop and execute AMG's business development and growth strategy
- Accountable for the retention, growth, and profitability of the AMG portfolio
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure strategic partnership opportunities
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new partnerships
- Provide executive leadership and oversight for the SBI B2C business
- Govern strategic marketing investments and acquisition initiatives
- Champion adoption of digital capabilities and innovative business development practices
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team

Requirements

- Graduate degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience
- Understanding of TDI and TDBG enterprise operations
- Advanced analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
- Demonstrated understanding of emerging digital and AI capabilities
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong financial and technology acumen
