- s10–12+ years of experience in the IT industry
- .5+ years of experience as a Product Owner within a dedicated Agile team
- .Excellent requirements elicitation and user story writing skills
- .Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences
- .Excellent critical-thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations
- .Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment
- .Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanba n
- .Relevant undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related fiel d, or equivalent professional experience
- .Solid working knowledge of Jira and Confluenc e
- .Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM ) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO ) certification
- .Knowledge and experience with Retail and Supply Chain business processe
