Reporting to the Site Director, you will be responsible for supervising cultivation activities and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Attracting and developing talent will be a significant part of your leadership role, as well as regularly monitoring KPIs to ensure departmental performance. You will partner with Quality Assurance to enhance workflows and address process gaps efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cultivation operations and team management
• Prepare work schedules and communicate effectively




• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
• Establish and track cultivation-related KPIs
• Drive a continuous improvement culture within the team
Requirements:
• 2-5 years in cannabis production or agribusiness
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Capacity for innovative thinking and change management
