Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of the annual ConTech Accelerator Event, including logistics, startup application reviews, and interview scheduling. Coordinate event essentials such as venue setup, catering, and reservations, while collaborating with marketing as needed.
- Support the deployment of pilot programs to job sites, including tools and software. Manage administrative tasks such as checklists, data collection, and onboarding coordination. Gather feedback and data for KPI analysis to evaluate project performance. Create internal reports to inform stakeholders about pilot project status and progress.
- Promote the adoption of innovative technology solutions within the business to drive efficiency and growth.
- Assist in developing standardized documentation and tracking methods for internal processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain a departmental-wide schedule, including demos, events, lunch & learns, conferences, etc., to ensure all activities are well-coordinated.
- Develop a strong understanding of key operational processes and workflows, including the business drivers behind them.
- Bridge the gap between business operations and digital teams to foster strong relationships and collaboration.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.



Ensure follow-up on action items and distribution of meeting minutes and relevant documentation.

Qualifications

- You possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- You have a minimum of 1+ years of construction industry experience, preferably with technology consulting and execution.
- You are familiar with preconstruction, design build, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with project management tools and Power BI is a plus.
- Occasional travel to EllisDon offices and job sites.
- Primarily an in‑office role with flexibility for work from home as needed.
- The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000.
