The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join its Executive Committee and lead the technological evolution of the organization. This includes overseeing all IT functions, leading digital transformation initiatives, ensuring technology governance, and maintaining regulatory compliance within the financial sector. The ideal candidate for the CIO position at the company is a strategic and motivating leader with extensive experience in complex and regulated technology environments. They must have a strong background in banking and financial systems, cybersecurity, IT governance, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will be a team-oriented and results-oriented leader, demonstrating resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while influencing stakeholders at all levels. A university degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years' executive-level management experience are required, with professional certifications in relevant areas being significant assets. Fluency in both French and English is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in Acadian culture.
