Take charge as a Program Manager focusing on the TO Wards Peace initiative at Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities. Lead essential youth programs for community safety and empowerment.
This full-time role involves coordinating and implementing programming that targets violence prevention in youth. You will engage with community partners and city representatives to enhance services and ensure program alignment. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing staff and monitoring operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic implementation of violence prevention programs
• Facilitate cooperative planning with community stakeholders
• Oversee staff performance and program evaluations




• Maintain partnerships with grassroots organizations
• Develop and manage budgets aligned with funding requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in community settings
• Experience in program planning and evaluation
• Skills in data analysis and community engagement
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
