Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise for network security operations and teams
• Support security components including ZTNA and DDoS
• Review change requests thoroughly in the change management process
• Enhance security by recommending improvements
• Resolve escalated network issues and participate in on-call support
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Networking or Technology
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in large IP-based environments
• Proficient in network security equipment and protocols
• Robust communication and customer-service orientation
• Bilingual in Quebec (English & French)
