A Snapshot of Your Day The successful candidate will join our procurement organization with a focus on driving procurement projects across regional, indirect, and direct material categories. Working closely with commodity managers, the candidate will support and lead activities throughout the supplier lifecycle, including: Managing supplier RFQs and coordinating quotation processes Supporting supplier onboarding and ensuring compliance with internal requirements Conducting supplier qualification and capability assessments Participating in supplier evaluations and performance reviews Contributing to supplier selection and awarding decisions Engaging in supplier negotiations to secure optimal commercial and contractual outcomes Drafting and supporting the creation of supplier contracts How You’ll Make An Impact Manage, provide and prepare data for sourcing activities Work with buyers on supplier negotiation strategies Work with suppliers to obtain necessary project information Work with the procurement team on compliance and sustainability projects Support buyers in their daily administrative and project work Support buyers and commodity managers in creating procurement strategies What You Bring Curiosity and willingness to learn Openness to recent tasks, tools, and processes Motivation to understand how procurement works A proactive attitude toward asking questions and seeking clarity Basic foundational skills Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
