You will report to the Manager of the Hematology/Oncology/Nephrology service. We seek candidates equipped with strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you'll apply evidence-based practice to develop and implement care plans while maintaining open communication with patients and families through all stages of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop patient care plans based on individual assessments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for quality care
• Educate patients and families about health management strategies




• Coordinate care for optimal patient outcomes
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum 1 year pediatric nursing experience
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the province
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology preferred
• Current BLS certification must be completed within last 12 months
