We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Product Development team at Marsh as an Oracle EPM Analyst . This role will be based in Toronto and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

- Implement and configure EPBCS/PBCS or Hyperion Planning or Essbase Applications, including building metadata, designing web forms, conducting data reconciliation, building dashboards, and automating business rules.
- Gather business requirements, design and prototype solutions, conduct testing, provide training, define support procedures and SLAs, and implement robust and scalable solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the creation of member formulas and any customizations in EPBCS, as well as in creating complex business rules such as custom consolidations/aggregations, custom currency conversions, and dynamic calculations.
- Build integration artifacts in Cloud Data Management and FDMEE, including locations, maps, custom/import scripts, and handling file-related or custom automation using Python Scripts.
- Develop scripts using Python/Groovy/CDM APIs for scripting purposes.
- Conduct testing, including system, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing, and prepare deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration/procedural guides.
- Utilize excellent Excel and VB Scripting skills to support various tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in implementing EPBCS/PBCS or Hyperion Planning or Essbase Applications.
- Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.
- Proficiency in EPBCS Standard dimensions,



member formulas, and customizations, and ability to create complex business rules.
- Good working knowledge of EPM Automate.

- Working knowledge of the functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs.

- Base salary range: $71,900 to $107,700.
