Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a technical expert for Gogo legacy products
• Prioritize and manage product escalation issues
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Development teams
• Create and maintain detailed support documentation
• Provide on-site support for training and installations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
• 7–12 years of experience in product or technical support
• Proficient in problem-solving and multitasking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with aviation or aerospace systems
