Surepoint is hiring Journeyman Electricians to strengthen our commitment to quality and safety in motor preservation. Successful candidates will have prior experience in electric motor work and will participate in mentoring apprentices. This role involves thorough inspections, conducting tests, and adhering strictly to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain high safety standards and conduct daily safety analyses
• Perform visual inspections, equipment testing, and calibrations
• Mentor apprentices to ensure quality workmanship




• Collaborate with other trades for effective equipment installation
• Complete QAQC documentation accurately and promptly
Requirements:
• Proven experience in electric motor preservation
• Safety tickets, including Standard First Aid (training available)
• Reliable Class 5 Driver’s License with good abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and professionalism skills
