The Program Supervisor will assist the Assistant Director in operations, ensure quality assurance compliance, and facilitate client wellness through engaging activities. You'll also handle crucial administrative tasks and oversee intake processes to support clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of staff
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of client intake processes
• Review and follow up on incident reports




• Conduct employee performance evaluations
• Assist with administrative tasks and human resources functions
Requirements:
• Social Services Worker Diploma or 5+ years relevant experience
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Certification in First Aid/CPR, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
• Fluent in English; second language is an asset
• Criminal Record Check clearance required
