Summit Air is looking for a full-time Maintenance Planner based in Yellowknife, NT. Excel in planning maintenance activities, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting our expanding fleet.

In this permanent position, you will report to the Maintenance Operations Manager and take charge of maintenance planning. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating maintenance schedules, forecasting operational requirements, and ensuring all maintenance tasks comply with airworthiness standards. Collaborate closely with various departments to develop effective maintenance plans that support Summit Air’s operations across Canada.

Key Responsibilities: • Forecast long-term and short-term maintenance planning projections • Coordinates parts, materials,



and tooling acquisition • Build work packages for tasks and certifications • Maintain control over budgets and job costing • Ensure timely completion of all scheduled maintenance

Requirements: • College or Technical Diploma in Aviation/Aircraft Maintenance • 4+ years of Aircraft Maintenance experience • Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred • Proficient with MS Office and inventory tracking systems • Solid organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
