Drive community support in the Lower Mainland, BC as a Coordinator in the Health Equipment Loan Program at the Canadian Red Cross. This in-person, casual role will optimize client services and enhance volunteer management efforts.
You will be instrumental in ensuring excellent service delivery by processing client requests and maintaining high-quality standards. A two-year post-secondary diploma and experience in volunteer management are required. Your leadership will guide volunteer activities and implement effective action plans, thereby strengthening community resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor program delivery to maintain high performance
• Assist in developing annual action plans for services
• Liaise with teams regarding volunteer requirements

Requirements:
• Completion of a two-year diploma in relevant fields
• Two years of experience in volunteer management
