About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, People, Culture, and Equity to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the organization's mission and vision, with a focus on human resources, organizational development, equity, and inclusion. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and advancing the company's culture, ensuring that people strategies are integrated, future-focused, and aligned with the organization's values. This includes a strong commitment to feminist principles, Truth and Reconciliation,



and strategic priorities. The role also involves leading organization-wide strategies through an equity-centered, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens, and requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading organizational change.

Candidates for the Vice President position should be values-driven, with at least 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in people, culture, and HR functions. A deep understanding of employment legislation, human rights law, governance, and compliance is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in the non-profit, public, or social purpose sector, and formal education with relevant skilled designations. The role demands a strategic vision, operational credibility, and the ability to work effectively in a mission-driven environment. The Vice President will play a critical role in the company's continued evolution and impact, and as such, the role requires a leader with a strong commitment to equity, justice, and feminist leadership.
