Position Summary

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Network Administrator to support a large-scale enterprise network environment during a critical operational period. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining network stability, troubleshooting complex connectivity issues, deploying new infrastructure, and providing day-to-day operational support across multiple business locations.

Detailed Job Description

As a Network Administrator, you will join a dynamic network operations team responsible for supporting enterprise-grade networking infrastructure across multiple sites. You will play a critical role in ensuring network availability, performance, and security while supporting ongoing infrastructure maintenance and enhancement projects. Working with contemporary networking technologies including Cisco Meraki, VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN, Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN, and enterprise VPN solutions, you will troubleshoot complex issues, deploy new equipment, and help maintain operational excellence. The role requires a proactive professional with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced production environments. This position offers the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Monitor network health, availability, and performance to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, and connectivity-related issues.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain network hardware and infrastructure components.
- Support Cisco Meraki network environments including routing, switching, wireless, and security solutions.
- Administer VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN environments and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage and support Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN (ION) infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and technical teams to resolve network incidents.
- Participate in network upgrades, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop recommendations for long-term network stability.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Support change management activities and ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Assist with capacity planning and network optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise network environments.




- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking platforms.
- Robust knowledge of VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN technologies.
- Experience supporting Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN (ION) environments.
- Strong expertise in network troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- In-depth understanding of LAN and WAN networking technologies.
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching concepts and protocols.
- Experience implementing and supporting VPN technologies.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise wireless networking solutions.
- Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining network hardware.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and technical documentation capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Cisco CCNA certification.
- Palo Alto PCNSE certification.
- Experience supporting multi-site enterprise network environments.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and performance management tools.
- Knowledge of network security best practices and access control technologies.
- Experience supporting cloud-connected or hybrid networking environments.
