Overview

Temporary on‑call delivery agent (letter carrier) in Fort Frances, Ontario. 2 vacancies. Salary $23.81 per hour. Must be fluent in English or French.

Responsibilities

- Start day at depot, sort and prepare deliveries.
- Load and drive Canada Post vehicle.
- Deliver mail and packages by foot or vehicle to customers on route.
- Return to depot to unload incoming mail and packages for later delivery.

Qualifications

- Valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s license with safe driving record for 3 years.
- Physical ability to lift up to 22.7 kg (50 lb) and carry up to 15.9 kg (35 lb) regularly.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Availability to be on‑call.
- Read, write and speak English and/or French.

Additional skills

- Experience in customer service.
- Experience making deliveries or working as driver.
