Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, the IT Technician will perform system administration, support hardware and software applications, and ensure the security of IT systems. Your role will include troubleshooting end-user devices, managing security settings, and creating IT documentation to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver IT support for Microsoft 365 and business systems
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance
• Create documentation and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with vendors for timely issue resolution
Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingual in French and English
• 1-2 years experience in IT support
• Background in Microsoft 365 and end-user technologies
• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
