As a supervisor, you'll play a critical role in the Snow School’s success by ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer service. Your responsibilities will include booking lessons, coordinating on-snow instructors, and providing technical skiing skills to guests of all levels. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Snow School
• Organize and schedule ski lessons and school bookings
• Supervise instructors and desk staff effectively




• Conduct cash closeouts and maintain balances
• Address guest concerns proactively and efficiently
Requirements:
• In-depth passion for skiing and the local community
• Level 2+ skiing certification (Level 3 preferred)
• Experience in leadership roles, particularly in skiing
• Familiarity with MS Office and cash systems
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
