What You'll Do
- Prepare parts quotations and provide customers with accurate pricing, availability, and lead times
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities
- Track orders and proactively communicate updates to customers and team members
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Collaborate with sales, service, and administration teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Help maintain a safe, clean,
and professional warehouse and property
What We're Looking For

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in parts, warehousing, inventory management, or a customer‑facing role
- Forklift certification and experience is a strong asset
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
