About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product to lead the development and strategy of its accounting, financial assurance, and integrated payments products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product vision, roadmap, and decisions that impact the product organization. This role requires a leader with a strong background in product management, particularly in the B2B SaaS and FinTech sectors, and a proven track record of scaling a SaaS business. The SVP of Product will be tasked with advancing the product strategy, leading a high-performing team,
and ensuring that the products meet the needs of both school administrators and families. Championing customer trust, product integrity, and driving commercial outcomes are key aspects of the role.
Applicants for the SVP of Product position at the company should have at least 10 years of experience in product leadership, with a focus on FinTech and a deep understanding of product craft. The role demands a leader who can set the standard for great product work, build and coach high-performing teams, and is rigorous about customer trust and product reliability. Experience in M&A; and K-12 education is a plus.
