Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day Advisor client inquiries and requests
• Provide training to advisor teams and branches




• Collaborate with departments for complex issues
• Handle procedural updates on project tasks
• Assist management on priority and ad-hoc items
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English, fluent in terminology
• 1-3 years in investment or banking client service
• Academic experience in financial services preferred
• Strong MS Office proficiency
• Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude
