As a skilled Flexographic Press Operator, you will handle various responsibilities, including setting up and monitoring the press for quality outcomes. Your ability to distinguish colors and manage ink viscosity will be crucial in a demanding and noisy atmosphere. Collaboration and communication with your crew will ensure productive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mount and adjust plates or cylinders efficiently
• Analyze job orders for time and color management
• Control ink fountains for desired viscosity
• Monitor quality through slow-speed sample checks
• Oversee press crew during production runs
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent
• Relevant experience with flexographic printing preferred
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to distinguish colors effectively
• Must wear steel-toed safety boots
