What You’ll Be Doing

- Own and grow your territory through current business development
- Prospect and engage business owners and senior decision-makers across Pickering and surrounding areas
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using cold calling, networking, referrals, and events
- Operate independently in the field, managing your own schedule and territory strategy




- Sell high-value HR, Health & Safety, and compliance solutions that deliver measurable ROI to clients

What We Are Looking For

- 5-7+ years of B2B outbound field sales experience (mandatory)
- A proven track record of consistently winning new business
- Strong hunter mentality with a drive for cold outreach and self-generated leads
- Experience thriving in fast-moving, short-cycle new business sales environments is highly preferred
- Experience managing your own territory independently
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders (Business Owners, Directors, Executives)
- A proactive approach to networking, referrals, and opportunity creation
- A valid driver’s licence
