In your role, you’ll oversee projects from kickoff to go-live for Signal 1's AI Management System. You will work independently, navigating technical and organizational challenges while maintaining explicit communication with your team and stakeholders. Your past project management experience in healthcare IT will be key to ensuring successful deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own project plans, timelines, and risk/issue logs (RAID)
• Coordinate regular status updates with deployment teams and clients
• Prepare steering committee materials for executive audiences




• Collaborate on workflows with clinical and technical stakeholders
• Identify and address project risks early
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of project management experience
• Proven capability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Technical fluency in integrations and data workflows
• Experience with stakeholder management in matrixed environments
