In this pivotal role, you'll assist both counter customers and inside sales efforts, quoting new tenders and fostering business growth. Your technical expertise and commitment to customer service will empower you to excel in this position. You'll also work with sales and technical teams, enhancing knowledge and customer experiences along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess project specifications for quoting accuracy
• Prepare accurate invoices through AS400
• Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations
• Promote Rexel Atlantic's capabilities as a solutions provider
• Collaborate on product strategies with vendors
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant inside sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers
• Robust organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Quotations experience in a related industry
