The Patient Engagement Program Coordinator will be the central point of contact for both TCNRCP and the Patient and Family Advisory Council. Through administration and analytical support, you’ll play a crucial role in planning and executing projects that align with organizational and regional priorities. This is an chance to support meaningful patient engagement and various quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as key liaison for the TCNRCP and PFAC
• Lead project implementation and evaluation processes
• Support onboarding and activities of Patient and Family Advisors
• Collect and analyze performance data to aid reporting
• Coordinate schedules and meetings with diverse stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field
• At least three years of project coordination experience
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with person-centered care principles
