Key Responsibilities:
• Support property managers and coordinate with external vendors
• Document observations from property inspections and renovations
• Monitor leasing, turnover, and market rent performance




• Prepare competitive analysis reports on asset positioning
• Develop asset management tools and reporting templates
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate or finance
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access required
• Ability to work flexible hours as required
