Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate on-site parts related to equipment maintenance
• Enter accurate required by dates into the software system




• Communicate estimated delivery dates in customer meetings
• Sourcing and ordering new, reman, and used parts
• Conduct cycle counts, shipping, and receiving of inventory
Requirements:
• Journeyperson Parts Certification required
• Experience in warehouse and customer service roles
• Strong knowledge of Caterpillar products
• Capability to work with minimal supervision
• Computer literacy with software knowledge
