This full time position, working 30-40 hours a week, focuses on delivering high-quality patient interactions at FYidoctors. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, interpreting prescriptions, and assisting with eyewear and contact lenses. Your expertise will ensure each patient receives personalized attention and care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and provide engaging service
• Assist with frame selection and educate on options
• Interpret prescriptions for accurate eyewear fitting
• Conduct frame and facial measurements
• Manage billing and assist with contact lens fitting
Requirements:
• Previous experience in optical or retail settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with technology and MS Office
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a busy clinic
